Erin Donovan is the founder of A Million Movies a Minute. She graduated from the Evergreen State College with a BLA focused in Political Economics. She chaired two committees of the organizing body for the original Ladyfest arts festival; coordinated retail/radio promotions for Kill Rock Stars/5RC records; and worked as a editing and research assistant for the Media Education Foundation.
After moving to the Bay Area and spending two years doing script coverage and investment research for independent film-makers she realized it was time to get back to her documentary and activist roots.
She is also the editor of Steady Diet of Film, a blog that covers San Francisco and independent film as well as a regular contributor to Greencine.
